CV

Our group works on topics mainly related to biology and weed management, with emphasis on invasive plants. Our premise focuses on an integrated and sustainable weed management using biology as the basis for an appropriate control application. Our group has decades of experience in the management of submersed aquatic weeds in irrigation canals. One of our main interests is the study of different aspects of the bioecology of invasive species of the genus Dipsacus and their susceptibility to control tools. More recently, our group has also started to carry out studies on the responsible management of phytosanitary residues in an attempt to adapt the biological bed system to local production conditions.

Líneas de Investigación - Integrantes

  • Phytosanitary waste management through biobeds
  • Integrated and sustainable management of invasive plants
  • Control of submersed aquatic weeds in irrigation canals
